About me

I’m a UK based Digital Wellbeing Coach (certified with the Consciously Digital Institute). I’m also a peri-menopausal mum, small business owner, bootstrapped SaaS co-founder and ex-agency founder.I’ve worked in technology in one form or another for over 20 years, mostly with not for profit organisations and I’ve spent much of that time building digital products.These days I’m increasingly interested in how our digital lives affect our wellbeing, and how we can use technology more intentionally.I live in Brighton & Hove and enjoy all it offers from sea swimming to brilliant nightlife and the beautiful South Downs.
